For Captains (Drivers):

Profile & Verification: We collect your name, contact details, vehicle information, and verification documents (like your driver's license and insurance).
Location Data (GPS): To provide accurate live-tracking for our customers, we collect your real-time location data only while you are actively on a route.

For Agents (Affiliates):

Profile & Payouts: We collect your registration details and necessary information to process your commission withdrawals securely.

We take your security seriously and have built features into Ziyarat specifically to protect your privacy:

Number Masking: When customers view tracking details, the driver’s phone number is partially masked (e.g., +966****67) to prevent unauthorized contact.
Secure Transactions: All sensitive data, including passwords and payment information, is encrypted.
Limited Location Tracking: Driver locations are only tracked when a trip is officially started and stop being tracked the moment the trip is completed.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We only share your information in the following necessary scenarios:

Between Customers and Drivers: We share essential details (like your pickup location or the driver's vehicle info) so you can find each other.
Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third parties that help us run our service (like our payment gateway, Stripe, or our SMS/email delivery services).
Legal Requirements: If required by law or a valid legal request, we may share information to comply with legal obligations.
